Today's theme is one of my favorites and couldn't come at a better time. This time last week I was having surgery. With that out of the way and a week off before I start 7 weeks of chemo and radiation treatments I am celebrating all week.
What better way than with food? Here's a taste of some really good dishes. What makes them even better is that I got to share these tasty treat experiences with loved ones in my laughing place.

Disney Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop: July Calendar Shot

Which one of your Disney vacation photos captures July for you?
If you were to make a July calendar which photo would you choose for the month of July? That's the theme this week.
July is a big month in our family. My son's birthday and our wedding anniversary are in July. It also happens to be the month I start the 7 week course of Radiation/Chemo Therapy. Not a reason to celebrate exactly. but certainly a momentous occasion for us.
Finding just one shot that brings it all together is not easy. I chose a favorite, Wishes Nighttime Spectacular in Walt Disney World.

My dear loving husband Paul is my rock and my best friend. I've been putting him through a lot with my newly diagnosed cancer. He hasn't wavered or wilted one bit. Always by my side comforting me or cracking me up with his great sense of humor. He also happens to be the best Disney Dad to our sons.

Paul's favorite character is Donald Duck and his favorite ride is Pirates of the Caribbean.
