I love a varied workout and kind of have to push myself to do it more often. One thing I really enjoy adding to my workout is jumping rope. It burns calories and builds endurance which at my age is greatly appreciated. Besides it's fun.
Thankfully my sons take their workouts a lot more seriously than I do. My oldest jumps rope in his cross training and boxing routine. So we were anxious to try out the Defined Strength Crossfit Jump Rope.
