New American Tourister COLORA {Review}

I received this product to facilitate a review. All opinions are my own. Your experience may differ.

American Tourister luggage has been a family favorite of ours as long as I can remember. We kept our luggage in the attic and when it was time for a trip my mom would bring it all down and open them up. My dog Clancy would jump into the open suitcases the minute she turned her back. He must have felt the same excitement we all felt when we saw them. A new family adventure was about to happen. I got the same sort of feeling when I opened my new American Tourister COLORA bag. Adventure awaits!American Tourister COLORA Review #packmorefun

When we're traveling I rely on my carry on luggage pretty heavily. If it's a long trip and we're flying, I use the carry on bag as a place to store my camera bags, a jacket, reading material and laptop. It is also where I keep an extra set of clothes. Having the extra space of the American Tourister 20" COLORA to store clothes comes in handy when we're cruising or in case dare I say it, my checked bag is lost in transit. This bag will fit perfectly in an overhead compartment. The dimensions are 20.0" x 14.5" x 8.5".

If I should happen to check my bag in for my flight, I'll be able to spot this beautiful lime green bag right away coming around the carousel in a sea of boring black bags. Finding my bag quickly saves time and on my Disney trips I don't want to miss a minute of the magic so I'm really happy about the bright beautiful colors that the American Tourister COLORA collection comes in.It's all about color with this bright, fun, and fashionable collection.There are three fantastic bright colors: lime green, orange and raspberry.
The COLORA Collection is available in three sizes which can be purchased separately:
  • The largest is 30" spinner,
  • The medium sized is 25"
  • The smaller of the three (pictured here) is the 20" spinner.

Packed with features:

  • The COLORA bag has the smoothest rolling dual Spinner wheels. No more tripping over my bag when the wheels won't turn.There are four color coordinated 360 degree spinning wheels that make it easy to push or pull in any direction.
  • The fully fabric lined interior has zippered compartments and straps to hold down everything in place. I love the clear plastic detachable toiletry bag. It's perfect for shampoos and lotions or even a last minute wet bathing suit. The mesh pockets are perfect for separating souvenirs and declared purchases. TSA will clearly see what's in my bag.
  • The extra long retractable adjustable handle and side handles make handling a lot easier. The handle on top makes it easy to roll the bag without lifting it. I like to slip my camera bag over the retractable handle and since I'm 5'7" in flats I need a tall handle to grasp comfortably.
  • I really appreciate the two outside exterior pockets too. I can slip my boarding pass and book in the top pocket and a tote stashed away in the large pocket. That's what I use if I have packed too much weight in the bag for my return trip or if I need a little tote to carry the first day of a cruise before my checked bag arrives.
  • The 20" spinner only weighs 8 lbs. That means even if I load it up I can still lift it up and into the overhead compartment without asking for help.
